Terms of Services

Please read my Terms of Services fully! Do let me know if you have any questions or concerns via email in "contacts" or in our current discussion area.

All available references, texts, and images must be supplied prior to work at the start. Any lack of clarity from the client will result in unavoidable design variations. AI images DO NOT count as references and will be ignored.

I'm NOT interested in ANY NFTS or AI work. DO NOT ask!
Prices on this site are based prices, the final quote can vary per client.
Prices may change in the future and the artist will notify the client when needed.
The artist's watermark is ALWAYS on the products unless discussed otherwise.
The artist will give constent UPDATES and will NOT move foward until the client gives feedback on the current progress.
Private commissions that the client doesn't want published will add a Private commission fee. The Private commission fee is $50+. This fee can vary upon the size of the project(s) per client. The fee will be added to the total of the client's original total and the client will be notified about the fee.

Currency Accepted: USD
Payment Apps/Websites: Paypal, Cashapp, Venmo, & Ko-Fi (Another alternitive if the client doesn't have the others)
The artist currently doesn't accept gift cards or similar forms. Please do ask if a certain payment method is okay before we get to the payment process.
Commissions are paid HALF n HALF. First half is paid BEFORE the sketch and the second half is paid BEFORE the artist gives the client the finished product.
DON'T send any payment to the artist until we have agreed on the product and the artist has agreed to work with the potential client.
The client agrees to pay the full amount quoted within converstation and invoices sent. Fail to do so will terminate the project and the artist will not work with the client again.
Upon completion of work, remaining balance of illustration or animation cost must be recieved within 5-7 days. This can change depending on what the artist and the client has discussed previously.
Commercial works can be discussed in private

Timeframe will be finalized on quote. Expected timeframe of delivery will be set at time of commissioning.
Failure of the artist to provide the work within the 2-4 weeks of agreed deadline, will result in payment refund being offered to the client
Once the piece is finished the client will receive the full-resolution image OR video if an animation was commissioned, digital ONLY!
If the artist is for any reason unable to deliver the agreed work within the 2-4 weeks of agreed completion date, the client is entitled to a full refund, and that refund will be supplied in no less than 2 weeks of date requested

Process/While in the Works

When shown the sketch, the client has the opportunity to provide feedback and request modifications if needed.
Prior to finalization, the final sketch will be provided for sign off, after which no revisions will be accepted. At this stage a MAX of 3 revisions are allowed after the rough/sketch stage. After additional costs will be added to the second half to the payment total. The artist will notify the client before continuing the project.

The artist retains All Copyrights over the commissioned artwork(s)
The client agrees that the artist may use any commissioned works whole or in part under limited licence for the specific purpose of promotion of further illustrative or animated work, but the artist retains no rights of further resale of any produced works

You (The Client/Customer/Commissioner)

The client agrees to credit the artist (myself) where feasible, and not utilise the work in a way that would bring harm or disrepute to any person or misrepresent the nature of the work or its production.

Final payment ensures that only the following design becomes the client's property. Any previous ideas/concepts remain the property of Bubblecraft220, unless an agreement has been made beforehand.

If the artist doesn't receive any communication within a week, the artist has the right to terminate the client's project which would be considered canceled.
Projects that are canceled for any reason; once worked on there will be NO refunds given to the client.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE (first half of payment). Once the artist has started on the project, there will be NO REFUNDS given unless spoken otherwise.
If the artist can't fulfill the client's commission then the artist will not accept it.
Any work that was made before cancellation, the artist has the right to use these as examples within their portfolio and/or commission site.

Full resolution Illustration(s) if bought; Approx. 300 DPI, Canvas sizes can vary.
2D animation Commissions if bought; MP4 OR GIF typically 1920 x 1080 approx. 300 DPI but canas size can vary
