REQUIREMENTS

• All available reference texts and images must be supplied prior to work at the start, and any lack of clarity from the client will result in unavoidable design variations

GENERAL TERMS

• I'm Not Interested In ANY NFTs or AI work

• Prices in comm sheet are estimates, final quote can vary

• My Watermark is Always On My Work

• There WILL be UPDATES!

PAYMENT

​

• Currency Accepted: USD

• Apps/Websites: PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, & Ko-Fi(used if you don't have the other three)

• Commissions are paid HALF N HALF. Half BEFORE the sketch and BEFORE I give you the finished product

• Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot & requested you to send me the payment

• ​You agree to pay the amount quoted that has been stated in our conversation. Fail to do so; will terminate your project.

• Upon completion of work, remaining balance of illustration or animation cost must be received within 5-7 days.

PROCESS & DELIVERY

• Timeframe will be finalized on quote, once scope and nature of commission is finalized. Expected timeframe of delivery will be set at time of commissioning.

• Failure of the artist to provide the work within 2 weeks of agreed deadline, will result in payment refund being offered to the client

• Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image OR video if an animation was commissioned, digital ONLY!

• If the artist is for any reason unable to deliver the agreed work within 2 weeks of agreed completion date, the client is entitled to a full refund, and that refund will be supplied in no less than 2 weeks of date requested

Process/While in the Works

​

• When shown the sketch, you have the opportunity to provide feedback and request modifications if needed.

• Prior to finalization the final sketch will be provided for sign off, after which no revisions will be accepted, and there will be a hard limit to the number of revisions that will be offered at the discretion of the artist. Additional costs may be added to the final cost.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

• I Retain All Copyrights Over The Commissioned Artwork

• The client agrees that the illustrator may use any commissioned works whole or in part under limited licence for the specific purpose of  promotion of further illustrative work, but the artist retains no rights of further resale of any produced works

You (The Client/Customer/Commissioner):

• You the client agree to credit the artist (myself) where feasible, and not utilise the work in a way that would bring harm or disrepute to any person. or misrepresent the nature of the work or its production

​

Final payment ensures that only the following design becomes the client's property. Any previous ideas/concepts remain the property of Bubblepop220, unless an agreement has been made beforehand.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

​

• If I don't receive any communication within a week or more, I will terminate your project which would be considered canceled.

• Projects that are canceled for any reason; once worked on there will be no refunds given.

• Deposits are non-refundable (First half of your payment). Once I start on the piece, there will be NO REFUND given!

• If I can’t fulfill your commission then I will not accept it

What Do You Get?

• Full-Resolution Fill (Approx. 300 DPI, Canvas Size Can Vary)
